Our most popular, hands-on seminar for corporate management and sales, we show you how the tools employed by American Fighter Pilots can help you plan, execute, debrief, and win in today's fast paced world of business. Using a multimedia presentation, a role-playing breakout session with experienced military Fighter Pilots as facilitators -- and a riveting final hour that some say is the best in the business -- our Afterburner Seminars team takes those tools and seamlessly translates them into your own business environment. Our message? Plan. Brief. Execute. Debrief. = Win!!

The Afterburner Day is an interactive, hands-on experience where your team will compare the similar situations faced in business and in air combat. During the Afterburner Day, your group will work side-by-side with some of America's top Fighter Pilots and learn how we excel in the business of combat. Then your "Fighter Pilots" will apply these "real world" lessons directly to your business.

Your day begins in the main briefing room where you will learn how Fighter Pilots adapt to change, assess risk, and prepare for their mission using the Six Steps to Combat Mission Planning. Suddenly, an urgent message will interrupt the briefing and alert your team, via a humorous, tongue-in-cheek briefing, that they have been attacked by a coalition of hostile competitors. Your Fighter Pilots will split into squadrons (breakout groups of 15) where, with the help of their Afterburner Seminars facilitator, they will have one hour to formulate a plan to regain your market share.

Leadership, teamwork, and communication will allow each group to overcome the challenges of this dynamic Mission Planning Exercise. We will use simulated SCUD missile attacks, intruders, and information overload to closely parallel today's saturating work environment in a fun, new format that ensures a lasting impression.

After utilizing our tools for planning and execution, your team will discover how Fighter Pilots learn from their mistakes through an effective debrief. Our nameless/rankless debriefs shed new light on how your associates can identify and learn from costly mistakes.

"Leaning Forward Program" (3-4 Hour Seminar - Up to 1, 000 Participants)
Easily described as an abbreviated version of the Afterburner Day program.. Differences include:
- Progream length is reduced to 3-4 hours
- Decorations are included at no charge.
- The participants will go through the exact same Mission Planning exercise as the Afterburner Day program
- The Debrief of the Mission Planning exercise is conducted in a General Session lecture format versus the facilitator led breadout sessions held during the Afterburner Day program
- This General Session debrief allows reduced staffing and your cost
